How does it work?

• One of our experts will review the problem and get back to you with an answer conforming if we can do the problem or not. And will also quote you a rate for the solution. And if more information is required to give you estimate, then expert will ask for it in the reply.
• If you find the quote acceptable, then you can reply to that email.
• Then you will be required to pay for the solution. We will send you the instructions to complete that process.
• Once we have recieved the payment, we will start workin on the problem. We will keep you informed about the status of the problem and will ask you questions if we need more information or if we find that some piece of information is missing that you may have to provide.
• Once the problem is solved, we will deliver you the solution. You will have 48 hours to review the solution. And if you have any questions or concerns, please send those during that period and we will try to address them. Our goal is to satisfy you and provide you the best solution to problem.

Can I Cancel Project?

No, once the payment has been made and the expert has started working on the project we do not allow cancellation of the project. But if the project is long and you approach the expert within 24 hours, then we can cancel the engagement by charging you 15% of the original assignement charge. If we fail to deliver the assignemt in specified time for unforseen reasons or for our expert's fault, we will refund your money 100% and you can keep the solution too.

Can I Modify The Assignment

You can submit a change request within 12 hours of the project start. And if the change is not a major one then our expert can accomodate it. But the final assesment will be made by the expert only. And if the change is big then expert will give you a new time and cost estimate which you can accept or reject.

Can I Talk To Expert Directly

Some of our experts do converse directly with clients on messenger services like Google Talk, Yahoo or MSN. Since their time is precious they may not be available at all the time.

Do You Provide Live Help
